For those of you who are trying to lose weight using the South Beach Diet, I've started a new Message Board called "Where 3 Are Gathered" to continue one that is on the South Beach Diet Web page that requires a fee to be paid. Understandably, some people would not want to have to pay forever, once they have the diet, so here will be a free version for the same and for new friends to use. It's a Christian oriented group where one can receive encouragement about the diet program as well as swap recipes and ideas they've tried.

You need to use the global user setting to get online and I have to approve you, which can take a few hours, unfortunately. Email me if you've registered so I can get you approved as fast as possible. Just keeps out spammers.
