Pour lime juice over all. Sprinkle with a pinch of cayenne and paprika. Season generously with salt.2 Let sit a half an hour before serving.Serves 4."

Hi Bob! I am following the HMR too and have enjoyed reading your posts. Hope you will post and update soon! Here is a recipe for Oatmeal muffins following HMR diet:
1 pkg HRM 800 vanilla shake
1 pkg HMR Multigrain cereal
1/2 cup Wheat Bran, unprocessed
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamom
Mix together. Add 2/3 cup of water and stir together. Let rest 10 minutes (or refrigerate overnight). Bake in preheated oven 375 degrees in a Pam sprayed muffing pan. Bake 25 minutes. Makes 6.
